Operating terms
Effective September 1, 2026. These disclosures describe how the service operates; additional rights or requirements may apply in your jurisdiction.
Service
Solana Cleanup provides a non-custodial interface that identifies eligible blockchain accounts and prepares wallet-signed transactions. We never need your seed phrase or private key.
Fees
The success fee is 10% of gross SOL selected for recovery. Network transaction fees are separate. When a valid referral applies, 50% of the collected fee is transferred to the referrer and the remainder to the platform. Account closure and fee transfers are atomic within each cleanup transaction; if that transaction fails, none of its instructions take effect. Larger selections may require multiple reviewed transactions.
Irreversible actions
Closing an empty account differs from burning an asset. Burns are permanent. You are responsible for reviewing every account, mint, amount, destination, and wallet instruction before approval.
Referral rewards
First wallet-authorized attribution wins and self-referrals are excluded. Applying a referral requires a human-readable wallet signature that cannot move funds. Referrers receive 50% of an eligible collected fee as a direct SOL transfer inside the referred cleanup transaction. The platform receives only its remaining share. No separate reward claim or minimum payout balance is required.
Referral promotion and taxes
Referral links create a financial relationship. When sharing one, clearly disclose near the link that you may earn part of the service fee. Do not make false, guaranteed, or unrepresentative recovery claims. Referral rewards and recovered assets may have reporting or tax consequences; each participant is responsible for obtaining advice and meeting obligations that apply to them.
Availability and risk
Blockchain state, wallet software, RPC providers, asset metadata, prices, and network rules can change. Estimates are not guarantees. The service is provided as available and is not financial, tax, investment, or legal advice.
Telegram alerts
Telegram wallet-watch alerts inspect public blockchain data only. Delivery times and availability depend on Telegram, Vercel scheduling, and blockchain data providers. Alerts and estimated recoverable amounts are informational and must be rechecked on the website before wallet approval.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service to access a wallet you do not control, evade sanctions or other applicable law, manipulate referrals, interfere with the service, or submit malicious transactions. We may restrict execution or referral eligibility where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, or legal compliance.
